Providing NEC4 support and advisory for £multi-million major UK water treatment works project.

RL Huxter & Co. provided NEC4 support to a contractor on a large new design and build water treatment works.

We were involved from bid stage to final account providing hands on support and advice in respect of the following:

Pre-contract vetting / risk assessment and negotiation of contract terms.
Advising on setting up to manage NEC processes for programme, cashflow and change management.
Drafting of applicable NEC4 subcontracts for specialist trades.
Assessment and auditing of subcontract Defined Costs.
Support in settlement of upstream final account (Defined Cost).
